About the Role:
Habitat for Humanity of Walton County's ReStore is looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Warehouse & Donation Associate to join their mission-driven team in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, FL. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in your community while working in a dynamic, fast-paced retail and warehouse environment. If you love staying active, helping people, and supporting a great cause, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:
  • Receive, sort, and process donated goods including furniture, appliances, building materials, and home décor
  • Assist donors with unloading donations in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Organize and stock the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is clean, priced, and attractively displayed
  • Operate warehouse equipment and assist with moving heavy or oversized items safely
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and donation intake area
  • Support customers on the sales floor with locating items and loading purchases
  • Evaluate donated items for quality and determine acceptance per ReStore guidelines
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50+ lbs regularly
  • Previous warehouse, retail, or donation center experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule including weekends
  • Forklift or pallet jack experience a plus
  • Passion for community service and the Habitat for Humanity mission
