Description

Location: UCHealth Leprino Building AMC - Aurora, CO. 

Department: UCHealth Human Resource Administration

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)  

Shift: Days

Pay: 41.43 - 62.15 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:

  • Provides consultative services to assigned areas regarding how human resources services can support business strategies, priorities, issues, and needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with assigned business units/teams to support needs for engagement, employee recruitment, hiring, compensation, talent/performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Advises leadership on the development and implementation of workforce best practices that advance the mission, vision, and culture of the organization.
  • Provides coaching on the handling of employee relations matters, including managing performance, managing conflict, and addressing retention issues.
  • Identifies issues or trends that suggest changes to policies and procedures. Advises on the latest developments and trends in human resources policy interpretation, labor relations, regulatory compliance, and federal/state/local law.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Relations, Business Administration, Organization Development, or related field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Proven experience partnering with and supporting large client groups across multiple departments or business units. 
  • 5 years of experience in employee relations including conflict resolution, coaching leaders and solving complex workplace issues.  
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, leaders and cross functional partners.
