Job Title: HRIS Analyst (Contract)

Location: Southlake, TX (Remote)

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Type of Employment: 2-3-month contract

Compensation: $38 – $40 / Hour

Industry: Healthcare

Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support our client in Southlake, TX on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Paylocity and Excel expertise who can step in quickly and support critical HR systems and reporting tasks during a leave of absence.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve support tickets within the internal HR technology ticketing platform
  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining data across HR systems, including the applicant tracking system
  • Generate and analyze reports to support HR operations and decision-making
  • Contribute to ongoing HR technology and data projects as needed
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on HRIS experience
  • Proficiency in Paylocity is required, Workday is a plus
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data visualization tools
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
