🧩 How you'll contribute
You'll partner with teams across the business to deliver Salesforce solutions that are scalable, secure, and built for long-term success.
  • 🧠 Architect solutions that translate business needs into strong Salesforce design patterns and platform best practices
  • 🛠 Build and enhance custom functionality using Salesforce development tools (e.g., Apex, Lightning Web Components)
  • 🔄 Automate workflows with Flow and code-based automation where it adds real value
  • 🔌 Integrate systems using APIs (including REST and SOAP) and middleware tools to connect Salesforce across the business
  • 🧪 Raise quality through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) approaches

  • Strong automation experience, knowing when to use Flow versus code-based solutions

  • Comfort troubleshooting and resolving issues end-to-end - from root cause analysis to fix, test, and release

Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $92,362 to $131,947 Or more depending on experience.
