Job Description:Support the administration, content management, governance, and continuous optimization of an enterprise content and sales enablement platform supporting the broader GTM organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support the content and sales enablement platform
  • Manage content lifecycle, including organization, tagging, publishing, updating, and archiving
  • Maintain content governance standards and publishing workflows
  • Support migration and consolidation of LMS content into the platform
  • Manage users, groups, permissions, and content access
  • Troubleshoot platform and content issues
  • Partner with GTM stakeholders to gather requirements and solve problems
  • Analyze platform and content usage to identify improvements
  • Participate in governance, RACI, change management, and platform initiatives
  • Support users and content contributors with training and platform guidance
  • Assist with AI capabilities and other emerging platform features

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3 years of content management/CMS experience
  • Proven experience managing content within an enterprise platform
  • Strong content governance experience, including standards, workflows, and approvals
  • Experience administering or supporting a content or sales enablement platform
  • Experience continuously optimizing a system or platform
  • B2B experience, preferably in software or technology
  • Proven experience working with internal or external customers/stakeholders
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to balance day-to-day support with strategic improvement initiatives
  • Ability to operate independently; not an entry-level role
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Seismic experience
  • Highspot or another enterprise sales enablement platform
  • Sales enablement or GTM operations experience
  • B2B software/technology background
  • Experience with AI features and tools
  • Experience with integrations, provisioning, analytics, or reporting
  • Understanding of both technical platform administration and content strategy/governance
