Job description

Structural R&D Engineer (Europe Remote, Essential Furniture Hardware Focus) Solve core technical problems in the process from product concept to mass production, ensure the optimal balance of structural design in terms of performance, manufacturability and cost, and maintain market competitiveness. Responsibilities Lead structural design and performance breakthroughs 1 Independently complete the structural design of core products such as hinges and slides, and take the lead in solving key technical problems such as noise reduction, load-bearing capacity and service life.2 Verify structural feasibility through simulation analysis and optimize design schemes. Connect market and manufacturing 1 Market insight: Conduct in-depth benchmarking against international brands (such as Blum, GRASS, SALICE, Hettich) and transform cuttingโ€edge design concepts into competitive products.2 Manufacturing expertise: Master hardware and plastic processes, ensure the manufacturability of design schemes for mass production, and effectively control costs.

Be responsible for the fullโ€process technical implementation Provide fullโ€process technical support from sample production, test verification to mold followโ€up and trial production, and quickly locate and solve technical problems. Qualifications More than 5 years of experience in structural development of essential furniture hardware (priority given to hinges/slides/undermount slides); candidates who have worked in wellโ€known hardware enterprises such as GRASS, Blum, SALICE, Hettich are preferred. Proficient in structural design principles, material characteristics (such as metal/plastic) and precision manufacturing processes, skilled in operating mainstream design software such as SolidWorks and UG, and capable of independently completing fullโ€process structural schemes.

Possess a keen international design vision and original innovation ability, and have a deep understanding and optimization experience of core performance indicators such as product noise reduction, loadโ€bearing capacity and corrosion resistance. Fluent in English, which can be used as the working language for crossโ€regional technical communication and document collaboration; with excellent team collaboration and problemโ€solving skills. Accept remote/home office mode; can go to China for shortโ€term office work in accordance with project requirements and adapt to the rhythm of crossโ€border collaboration.
