Job description

Tech Support Analyst
Location
- Harlingen, US, Texas, US (onsite with 25-50 percent travel)
Please NOTE: we will accept the candidates ONLY that are on your direct payroll. No additional subcontracting layers to be involved.
6 month only role!
Must have own transportation and be willing to travel to multiple clinics in the area when needed.
It will be onsite and remote with 25-50 percent travel in the RGV market to provide support for daily desktop technical support and clinic acquisitions. The cost of travel is already included in the rate.
ITIL CERTs candidates are preferred.
3-5 years in IT
Desktop Services is requesting one contractor position in the RGV market to support daily desktop technical support and clinic acquisitions. This contractor position will help temporarily fill an open position in the RGV area along with staffing shortage, the ongoing clinic projects in RGV, necessitate quickly identifying resources to support these activities in addition to support for existing daily operations and continued operational support for clinics once acquired.
As a Tech Support Analyst, you would work as a part of a dynamic team involved with hardware installation, and issue resolution to internal and external customers which may include users of all types and skill levels.
Responsibilities
Assist with new hires and acquisitions.
Follow all escalation procedures according to the service level agreement
Use a remote control tool to assist end users when needed
Provide an accurate record of each call in the incident management tracking tool
Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify solutions
Plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established objectives
