Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst (AI Training) About the Role We're partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, more trustworthy AI - and we need practitioners who know how GRC actually works in the real world. Your expertise in security policies, compliance frameworks, and risk management will directly shape how AI systems reason about governance and risk. What You'll Do
  • Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to real-world compliance, risk, and security policy scenarios
  • Analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness
  • Classify and assess compliance scenarios across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and others
  • Evaluate risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation
  • Generate and validate high-quality training and evaluation data for AI systems
  • Provide structured, precise written feedback on AI reasoning quality
Who You Are
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, risk management, or information security
  • Solid working knowledge of one or more frameworks - SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, or similar
  • Comfortable reading, interpreting, and critiquing policy documentation and audit materials
  • Detail-oriented with strong written communication and analytical reasoning skills
  • Self-motivated and reliable working independently in an async environment
Nice to Have

  • Background in internal audit, third-party risk, or security consulting
  • Familiarity with GRC tools or platforms (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow, Vanta, Drata)
Why Join Us
  • Work on frontier AI projects with leading research labs and teams
  • Fully remote and flexible - work on your own schedule, on your own terms
  • Freelance autonomy with the backing of a globally collaborative platform
  • Make a tangible impact on how AI understands and applies real-world security and compliance knowledge
  • Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
