Technical Program Manager - Product Development (Risk & GRC) - Contract - Remote (US)
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs supporting product development initiative focused on Risk and GRC solutions in a SaaS environment.
This role will drive strategic initiatives across the full product lifecycle - from planning and development through launch and go-to-market, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, security, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Lead complex, cross-functional programs across product development initiatives
• Drive execution across the SaaS product lifecycle, including launch and GTM readiness
• Manage dependencies, risks, and timelines across multiple teams
• Track and report program metrics and provide regular executive updates
• Facilitate program reviews and recommend corrective actions when needed
• Resolve cross-functional conflicts and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Support strategic initiatives tied to risk, compliance, and governance objectives
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across teams
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in technical program or project management
• Strong experience managing product development programs in a SaaS environment
• Solid understanding of SDLC and system architecture concepts
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact
• Experience presenting to executive stakeholders
Preferred:
• Experience with Risk, Security, or GRC-related programs
• PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira
