What are GRC Volunteers?

GRC Volunteers are individuals who assist with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities within an organization, usually on a voluntary basis. Their roles may include helping to develop or implement policies, support audits, monitor compliance with regulations, and raise awareness about risk management practices. Volunteering in GRC is a great way to gain practical experience in these important fields, contribute to organizational integrity, and develop a deeper understanding of regulatory frameworks. GRC Volunteers often work under the guidance of professional staff, making it an excellent entry point for those interested in compliance, auditing, or risk management careers.
