As a Security GRC Intern, you'll work alongside BCM One's global Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, and Business Continuity teams to support critical governance and risk management initiatives. This role offers exposure to cybersecurity, privacy regulations, third-party risk management, compliance programs, and business continuity planning across a global organization operating in multiple countries and regulatory environments.


Work Locations: We are looking for candidates local to the Blue Bell PA area who are interested in working a hybrid/remote schedule. Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.


What You'll Do

  • Support third-party risk management activities, including vendor assessments, tracking remediation actions, collecting supporting documentation, and maintaining risk registers
  • Research security, privacy, compliance, and business continuity requirements and help prepare summaries, gap analyses, and compliance obligation registers
  • Assist with maintaining governance documentation, including policies, standards, procedures, and internal knowledge resources
  • Support audit readiness activities and evidence collection for compliance certifications and assessmentsHelp organize and maintain Information Security and Compliance records, documentation, and reporting materials
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve GRC processes, documentation, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Information Security, IT, Privacy, Legal, and Operations teams


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Rising Senior pursuing a degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Law, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and clearly document findings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in cybersecurity, information security governance, privacy, risk management, compliance, or business continuity
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, security standards, or compliance concepts through coursework or projects
  • Strong research and documentation skills
  • Curiosity about how organizations manage risk and protect sensitive information in a global environment


By the end of your internship, you'll have:

  • Hands-on experience supporting Information Security and GRC programs within a global technology organization
  • Exposure to third-party risk management, vendor due diligence, compliance assessments, and governance activities
  • Experience working with security policies, standards, controls, and compliance documentation
