Job description

Position: SAP Security & GRC
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Term: 12+ Months
Rate: DOE
This candidate will maintain SAP security systems throughout the organization. Specific activities will include SAP security configurations and role design, SAP GRC support and enhancements, SOD, SOX audit governance, risk analysis reporting and remediation activities.
Responsibilities:
  • Security Design and implementation of SAP Applications such as HANA DB, S4/HANA, Fiori, BW4/HANA, Vertex, OpenText, SAP BTP/CPI, SAP BODS, SLT, SSO, HiPAM, SAP JOULE AI Copilot, Sailpoint, SuccessFactors, Concur, and GRC Access Control, GRC Emergency Access Management, Access Risk Analysis & Access Request Management & Business Role Management
  • Designs and supports SAP role administration including configuration of authorization objects, transaction codes, parent, derived, single and composite roles
  • Designs, configures, and supports the SAP GRC Access Control(latest version 12.*) landscape including the implementation and maintenance of Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules
  • Understand engagement as it relates to client's business strategies related GRC Access Control Implementation
  • Contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that deliverables meet contract and workplan objectives
  • Deliver services that meet Project specifications - SAP GRC Access Control Modules (Emergency Access Management, Access Risk Analysis & Access Request Management & Business Role Management)
  • Demonstrate experience independently completing complex SAP GRC AC related tasks - (Emergency Access Management, Access Risk Analysis & Access Request Management & Business Role Management)
  • Facilitates scheduled User Access Reviews and remediation activities within SAP GRC workflows and connected systems
  • Supports Emergency Access Management / Firefighter access requests, workflows, and related reviews
  • Works with cross functional stake holders for requirement analysis, security design, development, testing, and operational tasks
  • Performs key control activities related to SAP security and supports annual SOX audit requirements
  • Supports training and coordination of IS staff and key resources to support relevant security processes and procedures
  • Able to support functional configuration with application knowledge

Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience of SAP Security and SAP GRC 12 Access Control Modules( EAM, ARA, ARM, BRM,UAR)
  • Experience in SAP Applications such as HANA, S4/HANA, Fiori, BW4/HANA, GRC Access Control, GRC Emergency Access Management, Access Risk Analysis & Access Request Management & Business Role Management etc
  • Good understanding on concepts of Segregation of Duties SoD
  • Ability to perform Solution Architect tasks working on defining solutions in response of client request for proposal, technical design and development of SAP GRC AC functions for programs, projects and change requests
  • Experience in end to end SAP GRC AC project implementation, ability to conduct workshops, manage and plan for UAT, Regression Testing, Cutover and Hyper care activities
  • Extensive experience in the design and development of SAP GRC AC policies, strategy, and Governance Risk and Compliance Experience with regulatory compliance is a requirement
  • Ability to be flexible and able to function comfortably in a fast paced, constantly changing and ambiguous environment
