Clerical Administrative Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Clerical Administrative Assistant to join our team and support the day-to-day administrative and clerical operations of our growing organization. In this role, you will manage correspondence, organize digital files, schedule meetings, handle data entry, and support office operations. If you are organized, proactive, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this fully remote role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Key responsibilities include drafting, proofreading, and formatting emails, memos, letters, and other business correspondence; managing shared email inboxes; assisting with data entry and record-keeping; maintaining organized digital filing systems; scheduling and coordinating virtual meetings; assisting with onboarding and offboarding tasks; processing and tracking invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders; and ordering and tracking office supplies and equipment for remote team members.
