Job description

General Summary:

The Field Event Recruitment Coordinator owns the attendee recruitment strategy for ConnectWise's North American field marketing programs. This role independently develops recruitment strategies, evaluates program performance, recommends investments and optimization opportunities, and partners with Sales and Marketing leadership to maximize pipeline generation and event ROI through executive forums, tradeshows, and regional events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Owns recruitment strategy for assigned field marketing programs and determines the optimal mix of marketing channels, sales engagement, and outreach tactics to achieve attendance and pipeline goals
  • Builds a formalized follow-up strategy in line with recruitment plan to feel like a cohesive campaign
  • Evaluates event performance and makes recommendations to optimize recruitment investment, audience composition, and event mix
  • Determines target account prioritization and attendee recruitment plans in partnership with Sales leadership
  • Analyzes historical event performance and metrics and market trends to influence future event recruitment strategies
  • Recommends changes to event investments, promotional tactics, and campaign execution based on business performance
  • Serves as the marketing lead for attendee recruitment and follow-up decisions across assigned events
