  • Support event budget tracking by monitoring expenses, processing purchase orders and invoices, managing P-card purchases, and completing receipt reconciliation and reporting.
  • Assist with event-related research, including venue, vendor, promotional, incentive, and attendee experience needs.
  • Compile post-event reporting, including campaign tactics, outcomes, internal survey responses, and key learnings to support continuous improvement.
  • Provide on-site event support as needed, including booth setup and dismantle, materials coordination, staffing support, and VIP or special event logistics.
  • Complete responsibilities outlined in the annual Performance Plan.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects with overlapping timelines
  • Confidence, self-motivated, and a positive attitude
  • Desire for growth in the marketing and/or events field
  • Critical thinker with the ability to problem solve
  • Self-sufficient and resourceful, but a strong collaborator
  • Calm under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Open to learning and stepping outside comfort zone
  • Cvent and Asana experience preferred

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
