Job description

Description:Temporary Event Helper – Hood to Coast


Location: Oregon – Hood to Coast Event

  • From Mount Hood down to Seaside, Oregon and PC 56 Yard Locations as needed
  • Pay: $21.00 per hour
    Employment Type: Temporary/Short-Term
  • Schedule: Hours and start dates will vary based on event needs; availability for extended shifts, evenings, overnight hours, and weekends may be required

Honey Bucket is hiring temporary Event Helpers to support the Hood to Coast event. This is a short-term position with a variety of assignments based on event and operational needs.


Some team members will assist with more physical setup and service work, while others may help with supplies, event-site support, cleanup, or other general tasks. If you’re dependable, flexible, and ready to help wherever needed, we’d love to have you on the team.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist Honey Bucket team members with Hood to Coast event operations
  • Help with event setup, support, cleanup, and teardown
  • Move, organize, stock, or distribute supplies and materials
  • Keep assigned work areas clean, safe, and organized
  • Provide helpful and professional service to event participants, customers, and coworkers
  • Follow instructions and established safety practices
  • Assist with other event-related duties as assigned
Requirements:What We’re Looking For
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule based on event needs
  • Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in changing weather conditions
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform the physical duties of the assigned role, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • No previous event experience required
This Is a Temporary Position

This position is being hired specifically to support Hood to Coast. Start dates, hours, assignments, and the length of employment will depend on operational and event needs.
