As a Senior Sales Executive, your primary responsibilityis to drive sales growth within your territory through luxury showroompartnerships, ensuring exceptional customer engagement and brand representationfor Kallista and Robern. You will develop and execute strategic plans tostrengthen relationships with showroom owners, managers, and key stakeholders,positioning our brands as the preferred choice in the premium market segment.
You will also identify opportunities with developers andbuilders and collaborate closely with the Project Sales Manager and A&DSales Manager to align project initiatives and design-driven strategies.Additionally, you will represent the brands at trade shows and industry events.Operational excellence is key: maintain CRM accuracy, ensure compliance, andleverage insights for forecasting and business development.
This role is ideal for a results-driven salesprofessional with expertise in territory management, showroom sales, andstrategic account development.
Specific Responsibilities
Market Expertise- Maintain a comprehensiveunderstanding of the territory, including Kallista accounts, competitivelandscape, and market influencers to identify growth opportunities.
Sales Forecasting & Insights- Develop andreview annual territory forecasts and provide actionable insights for monthlysales forecast meetings, ensuring accuracy for orders and sales across allchannels.
Account Development & Growth- Assist inidentifying and onboarding new showroom accounts while driving strategicdevelopment to achieve long-term sales targets.
Showroom Engagement- Maintain direct, high-levelengagement with Kallista showroom accounts, coordinating activities to growsales. This includes new product introductions, events, showroom refreshes, andbrand positioning. Individual showroom trainings will be supported by localKohler Sales Executives.
Brand Representation & Events- RepresentKallista at trade shows, industry events, and customer-facing programs tostrengthen brand presence and generate new business opportunities.
Project Pipeline Development & Coordination- Proactivelyhunt for new project opportunities, build and maintain a strong pipeline, andsecure specifications by engaging key decision-makers. Collaborate withdistribution partners and the Project Sales Manager to ensure accurateforecasting, timely delivery, and successful execution.
Market Intelligence- Identify and communicatetrends, opportunities, and challenges within the territory to drive immediatesales success and inform long-term strategic planning.
Travel within geographic market, to Kohler, WI and toindustry trade shows as required.
