Role Description:
We have a variety of remote tax projects with clients across the US; these clients consist of CPA firms who are looking for project assistance throughout busy seasons as well as special projects year-round.
These are remote, career-building project opportunities with cutting-edge firms that are embracing the gig economy within the CPA profession. Projects can be either part-time or full-time and are typically 2-3 months long with the potential to extend.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of public accounting experience
  • 3+ years of experience reviewing tax returns
  • CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Master in Taxation preferred
  • Active PTIN
  • Technical tax competencies in preparing tax returns
  • High proficiency with tax, accounting, and office software applications
  • Ability to research tax issues and perform value added tax planning
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A resident of the United States
  • Authorized to work in the United States
