Main Requirements:
  • Experience filing both personal and business tax returns
  • Solid understanding of current federal and state tax regulations
  • Prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses accurately and promptly
  • Partner with advisors to support tax planning and strategy
  • Explain tax filing requirements and outcomes to clients
  • Monitor compliance with tax codes and regulatory updates
  • Stay current on changes to tax laws and advise accordingly
  • Work with outside accounting or legal partners as needed
  • Assist in refining internal tax workflows and improving efficiency
  • Support audit responses and tax-related inquiries from clients
