  • Stay current on federal and state tax law changes and communicate relevant updates to internal teams and advisors.
  • Represent clients before the IRS, when needed, regarding notices, examinations, and other tax matters.
What you Bring
  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience providing individual and/or business tax planning, preparation, and advisory services to clients. Required
  • Active Enrolled Agent (EA) credential in good standing with the IRS. Required
  • Experience preparing and reviewing complex individual, business, trust, and estate tax returns.
  • Experience working with tax software (CCH preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws, regulations, and tax planning strategies.
  • Ability to research and interpret complex tax issues and communicate practical recommendations.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience representing taxpayers before the IRS in audits, notices, and other tax matters is a plus.
Our Benefits
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits
  • 4 weeks of accrued PTO, plus 9 paid holidays
  • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k)
  • 8 hours of paid volunteer time off (VTO)
  • Ongoing professional development and training
  • A collaborative team that values expertise, initiative, and growth
