Workflow & Team Management

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Oversee daily workflow for the individual tax team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Distribute and rebalance workloads to maximize team productivity.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ensure work lists are current, and projects continually move forward.

Tax Return Review

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Review team members' tax returns before submission to the final signer.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ensure all returns meet internal quality standards and compliance requirements.

Intern Recruitment & Training

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Participate in interviews and attend job fairs to identify potential tax interns.
