THE OPPORTUNITY

Precision Tax Relief is a 8 figure firm ( 60 years in the industry) with hundreds of five-star reviews on Trustpilot & Google, and one of the most established names in tax resolution. We're scaling — and we need elite sales consultants (Enrolled Agents)  to step into a system that already works.

You'll receive pre-qualified consultations through live transfers, booked appointments, and inbound calls from a dedicated intake team. The leads are real. The pipeline is active. But here's what separates $15K/month consultants from $30K/month consultants: the top performers don't rely solely on what's handed to them. They follow up with their contracts. They re-engage aged leads. They create opportunities that others gave up on. And they have a pig headed determination to continue to improve at their craft.
COMPENSATION

W2 position:
$3,000/month base + 5% commission on all cash collected. No cap. This is a W-2 position with health benefits included. Your book of business compounds — every case you close continues to pay you as payments come in. The longer you stay and the harder you execute, the more your income grows.

You'll earn your Enrolled Agent (EA) designation during onboarding. This is a requirement in order to take calls, however PTR covers the cost. (
It's a straightforward exam with plenty of study material and assistance to help you succeed. It does become a credential that sets you apart in this industry for life.

WHAT WE EXPECT

Come prepared for every consultation. Run a structured discovery process — not just  a pitch. Listen more than you talk. Diagnose before you prescribe.

The people you're speaking with owe the IRS significant money. They're stressed, scared, and skeptical. If you cannot build trust in minutes with someone at the worst financial moment of their life while maintaining control of the conversation, this is not your role.

Maintain your pipeline with discipline. Follow-ups, CRM notes, next steps — documented and current. No exceptions. If you can't be trusted with your own pipeline, you can't be trusted with this seat.

OUR SELECTION PROCESS

Step 1: Discovery Call — Book a screening call to learn about the opportunity and ask questions. This gives both sides a chance to evaluate and see if it actually is the right fit..
Step 2: Loom Video — Record a short video explaining why you're the right fit and how you see yourself contributing to your own growth and the company's growth. Three minutes tells us more than a ten-page resume.

Step 3: Skills Assessment — You'll be tested on sales capability, knowledge, and process.
Step 4: Culture Call with Leadership — A conversation with senior leadership at PTR about values, vision, and fit.
