Job description

Head Of Email

Lucyd, the clear leader in paid social advertising for DTC cannabis brands, is taking applications to lead our new email department.

This is a dream leadership role to head a new department at Lucyd… but a department that is already off the ground. We launched email in Q2 of 2024 and already have a solid base of $30k in MRR for this department. The new Head of Email will have the perfect opportunity to lead a department that is growing, without having to take it from zero to one.

What We're Looking For

  1. An email strategist with multiple years of experience in email for DTC CPG brands (ideally wellness)
  2. Someone who has experience managing an email team inside of an agency, whether a full email department within an agency, micro agency, or pod within an agency
  3. Someone ready to lead, though willing to roll up their sleeves and do the work. We're building out the email team as we grow. The right person will know how to lead a team, work with clients, and do the work.
  4. Initially you'll fill an Email Marketing Strategist role as we build out the team. Soon you'll hire Email Marketing Strategists to work inside your department (along with Specialists and Designers).

Under your leadership, we'll grow this department from $30k to $250k in MRR within 9 months.

What We're Offering

  1. Work inside a clearly recognized industry leading agency
  2. Profit-sharing bonuses on department growth
