Description
The eCommerce Channel Marketing Specialist is responsible for end-to-end content management and execution for new product launches on ASUS.com. This role partners with Product Marketing, PR, Channel, and Design teams to ensure all buy pages are launch-ready complete with accurate content, assets, SEO elements, and on-site merchandising while maintaining launch timelines, embargo requirements, and overall go-to-market readiness. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring both creative execution and analytical thinking.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Understand the business objectives and growth plans, build and drive marketing programs and initiatives to increase ASUS eCommerce business in North America.
  • Manage product launch timelines, including tracking product ETA, embargo dates, and go-live schedules.
  • Participate in channel marketing and product planning calls to stay aligned on launch timelines, track dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional execution.
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing, channel marketing, and internal stakeholders to ensure product pages are accurate, complete, and launched on time.
  • Own end-to-end readiness of buy pages, including content validation, asset alignment, and QA before launch.
  • Ensure all product content (A+ modules, images, specs, SEO elements) is complete, accurate, and optimized prior to launch.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop and finalize product messaging and eCommerce content, and coordinate homepage and on-site merchandising (banner placements, featured sections) to ensure strong visibility for product launches.
  • Collaborate with PR and Communications teams to align product page launches with external exposures, campaigns, and media coverage.
  • Localize and optimize marketing assets and product content for eCommerce launches, ensuring all content is launch-ready, regionally relevant, and aligned with product positioning and campaign strategy.
  • Act as the point person for creative localization and asset customization, ensuring messaging drives engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and identify opportunities to optimize content, SEO, and conversion.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned*

Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
  • Understanding of eCommerce merchandising, including A+ content, PDP optimization, and conversion best practices
  • Experience managing or supporting product launches, including timelines, content readiness, and cross-functional coordination
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of product content (specs, assets, and on-site merchandising)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles (keyword optimization, metadata, and on-page content improvements)
  • Ability to translate product features and technical specifications into compelling, customer-focused messaging that drives conversion
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track dependencies, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, PR, Sales, and Design teams
  • Strong initiative with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and data visualization tools like Looker Studio is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Years of Education
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in related field or equivalent

Work Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of channel marketing and/or retail/ecommerce experience

$75,000 - $90,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont or City of Industry, California offices. It does not include bonuses, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D insurance, Paid Time Off, EAP, & 401(k). The final amount will be determined based on the qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
