Help Set the Standard for High-Quality ABA Care- Fully Remote Spanish Speaking Clinical Supervisor/BCBA Opportunity
Mass Pediatric ABA is located in Westford, MA and services surrounding towns including Lowell, Dracut, Chelmsford, Tewksbury, and Andover.
We are currently hiring a part-time, experienced, Spanish-speaking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to service clients and families 100% remotely. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families through high-quality ABA services.

This position requires fluency in Spanish
in order to effectively support Spanish-speaking families and ensure strong clinical communication and collaboration.
At Mass Pediatric ABA, we take pride in maintaining a small-company feel where both employees and families are supported through consistent communication, collaboration, and clinical guidance. We believe that strong employee experiences directly contribute to strong clinical outcomes for the families we serve. Our team is committed to providing a supportive environment where clinicians feel empowered, connected, and valued.
This role is an important part of our mission, and we are seeking a BCBA who is aligned with our values and invested in meaningful, family-centered care. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $65$70 per hour, based on education and experience. In addition, BCBA employees will receive a $500 sign-on bonus after 6 months of employment.
Our BCBA will:
Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, including RBT Competency Assessments and ongoing supervision.
Visually analyze and provide feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians
Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans
Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted
Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress
Requirements:
  • Current BCBA Certification and MA LABA
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
  • Previous ABA Experience
  • Ability to pass both CORI and Federal background checks
