What Youll be Doing

Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? In this role, youll work to successfully onboard customers to the client's software. Whether its using screen-sharing tools to facilitate Onboarding sessions, consulting on software features or demonstrating practical explanations with compassion and patience, youll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, Youll

  • Assist customers via onboarding software sessions
  • Share engaging explanations of features, making customers more confident in their own product knowledge
  • Adapt your coaching style depending on the customer's requirements and preferred learning style

What You Bring to the Role

  • Fluency in Dutch and English

You'll report to a Team Lead. Youll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.
