Ophthalmologist – New York Metro Area (Chinese & English Speaking)

HealthYes is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-established, multi-specialty outpatient healthcare organization in New York City. The practice has a strong community presence, consistently high patient volume, and an established referral network. This opportunity is ideal for an Ophthalmologist seeking a stable, outpatient-focused role with strong clinical and administrative support.

COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE

  • $300,000–$400,000 annual base compensation

  • Performance-based incentives may be available

Compensation is structured based on experience, subspecialty focus, patient volume, and schedule preferences.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Ophthalmologist will provide comprehensive outpatient eye care, including evaluation, diagnosis, medical and surgical management of ocular conditions, and longitudinal patient care. Access to in-house diagnostics, imaging, and specialty referrals is available.

This is a patient-facing role supported by experienced clinical and administrative teams.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • MD or DO

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology

  • Active New York State medical license (or ability to obtain)

  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and English
