This internship offers hands-on exposure to:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the creation of client-facing advertising proposals
  • Design visually impactful pitch decks and marketing materials
  • Develop case studies highlighting advertiser campaign performance and success stories
  • Conduct market and audience research to strengthen proposal messaging
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing)
  • Support approximately 3-5 proposal or case study projects per week

We are looking for someone highly organized, proactive in communication, and capable of producing polished deliverables.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking a candidate who:
  • Has a great sense of marketing
  • Can craft impactful marketing messages tailored to target clients
  • Has strong visual storytelling skills and can create engaging presentation decks
  • Is proficient in design and video tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe, Canva, video editing tools)
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking through market and audience research
  • Can logically connect research insights to ODK's advertising products
  • Communicates clearly and confidently
  • Extracts key context and insights from discussions
  • Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments
