Job Title: Brand Manager - Anime/Gaming


Summary of Position:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Brand Manager for our marketing team. This individual will support the Brand Marketing team in crafting, executing, and optimizing marketing programs and promotions across multiple channels. The Brand Manager will primarily support anime-inspired game titles. The ideal candidate must be an avid anime fan with a deep understanding of various subcultures and latest trends in the anime scene.We currently operate on a hybrid work model, with 2-3 days per week in the office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead brand campaigns aligned with business objectives
  • Coordinate cross-team efforts to build marketing strategies focused on expanding global reach, particularly in North America
  • Manage production and approval of communication materials
  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies
  • Handle special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of product marketing or management experience in digital ad products, OR 3+ years in the digital advertising industry with strong gaming knowledge
  • Experience collaborating with global teams and product development teams
  • Proven track record in product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategy development
  • Experience with Japanese anime/manga culture preferred
  • BA/BS degree or higher

Required Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of Japanese anime/manga culture
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Strong project management abilities in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools
