We are currently looking for a Bilingual Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. This marketing internship will provide the right candidate with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media advertising, paid campaigns, and performance analytics. As part of our data-driven team, you'll work across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X.com, Google Ads, and Meta Ads-while learning how to use tools like GA4 to track content performance and optimize strategy.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Must be Bilingual Korean/English

Content & Social Media Support
  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across company social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
  • Adapt and repurpose promotional content (clips, trailers, memes) tailored to each platform
  • Develop engaging captions and narratives aligned with current social trends

Website & Blog Development
  • Build and manage a company blog using platforms such as Wix or other website builders
  • Curate content recommendations and create blog posts that foster community interaction
  • Implement and manage open-comment features to drive audience engagement and discussion

Design & Creative Support
  • Create visually compelling assets using Canva or similar design tools
  • Maintain a strong sense of visual storytelling and brand consistency across all content

Campaign Execution
  • Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns (e.g., giveaways, countdowns, polls)
  • Support email and push notification campaigns using tools such as OneSignal or Mailchimp
  • Track, analyze, and summarize campaign performance metrics

Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as required

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience:
  • Currently enrolled in or have Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience managing digital content, social media, or website/blog platforms

Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in website/blog building platforms such as Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress
  • Strong social media management skills across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Experience using email/push campaign tools like Mailchimp or OneSignal
  • Proficient in design and visual storytelling tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite

Content & Communication Skills:
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging narratives for social media and blogs
  • Ability to adapt content to trends and audience preferences
  • Excellent understanding of online community engagement and comment moderation

Analytical & Organizational Skills:
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report content and campaign performance metrics
  • Comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and visual reporting tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple campaigns and content schedules
