They will also manage comments, messages, mentions and community engagement, helping ensure our audiences feel seen, heard and connected to the brand.
The ideal candidate is creative, curious and always looking for the next great content opportunity. They are just as comfortable behind the camera as they are writing a caption, engaging with followers or reviewing performance to understand what content is working.
  • Serve as the primary content creator for Women's Care, producing engaging photo and video content for social media, campaigns, recruitment and internal initiatives.
  • Manage all Women's Care social media accounts, including enterprise, careers and location-specific channels.
  • Develop and maintain social media content calendars.
  • Travel to Women's Care locations throughout Florida to capture provider interviews, patient education, practice highlights, team culture, events and community involvement.
  • Plan and execute content shoots, including concepts, scripts, interview questions, shot lists, lighting, audio and on-camera direction.

  • Engage with followers in a timely, professional and brand-aligned manner.
  • Respond to routine questions and escalate patient concerns, complaints or sensitive topics according to established guidelines.
  • Proactively identify social trends, community conversations and new content opportunities.
  • Partner with providers, practice leaders and internal teams to coordinate content and shoots.
  • Partner with the Graphic Designer on branded graphics and campaign assets.

  • Maintain an organized library of photos, videos, raw footage and published content.
  • Track performance and use insights to improve content, engagement and social media strategy.
  • Follow brand, patient privacy, consent and healthcare communication requirements.
  • Demonstrate and embody the Women's Care mission and core values.
  • Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, photography, videography or multimedia production.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong social media content, photography, videography and video-editing skills.
  • Experience managing multiple social media accounts, brands, markets or locations.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, interviewing and community-management skills.
  • Hands-on experience creating short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.

  • Working knowledge of cameras, lighting, microphones and mobile content-production tools.
  • Experience with social media scheduling, publishing and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and use insights to improve content and engagement.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple shoots, accounts and deadlines.
  • Sound judgment when managing public comments, patient concerns and sensitive topics.
  • Creative, proactive and comfortable identifying content opportunities independently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with providers, practice leaders and internal teams.
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout Florida and occasionally work evenings or weekends.
