This position will allow you to experience the day-to-day Operations of our Marketing team, you participate in team collaboration, branding and Marketing planning/execution.
Position Summary
We are looking for a bilingual Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to create engaging content, manage social media channels, support marketing initiatives, and help grow our brand presence across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage bilingual (English & Chinese) marketing content, including videos, graphics, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat Video Channel.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, including content engagement, audience growth, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support livestreams, webinars, podcasts, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and execute community events, school fairs, workshops, and partner activities.
  • Maintain website content and support SEO efforts to improve online visibility and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and business development activities.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CapCut and Canva.
  • Experience managing social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design, content storytelling, and audience engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Odoo, Wix, Google Workspace, Zoom, and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience in education, community engagement, event marketing, or related industries.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and website content management.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and social media performance reporting.
