Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Remote (1-2 days per month onsite only)

Working Hours: 37.5 per week - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm (occasional travel to Germany)

We are onthe lookout for an Associate Enterprise Customer Success Manager (ECSM) to join our growing team at Dunton to work with our Dutch speaking Enterprise Customers.The role offers flexible working with minimal office attendance and occasional travel to Germany for on-site customer meetings.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Manage and optimize the post-sale Customer journey from onboarding to renewal

  • Deliver training, support, and strategic insights that drive solution adoption

  • Collaborate across internal teams to champion the voice of the Customer

  • Analyse Customer usage data to improve outcomes and reduce churn

  • Lead regular Business Reviews and manage renewals and contract extensions

  • Upsell/cross-sell software and services to boost Client ROI and satisfaction

During a Typical Day, Youll:

As ECSM, youll be the primary contact for our Enterprise Customers across the DACH region, ensuring they experience maximum value from our Clients Telematics software and Charging products. From onboarding to long-term adoption and growth, you'll act as a trusted advisorproviding strategic guidance, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion. There will be occasional travel to Germany for on-site Customer meetings.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Dutch written and verbal language skills to professional C1 Level

  • Experience in software implementations with a focus on fleet telematics or fleet management software is preferred.

  • Experience working with Dealers or Commercial Fleet Customers in a sales or service capacity preferred but not required

  • Mid-level experience in a customer-facing role (ideally in SaaS or telematics/fleet tech)

  • Strong account management skills, including managing complex accounts with multiple clients or stakeholders

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

  • Strong commercial mindset with a talent for building lasting relationships

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability
