We're seeking a Dutch speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-performing EMEA sales team. This is an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing global company, helping HR and business leaders expand their workforce across borders.

As our Business Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of driving Safeguard Global's growth across Netherlands and the wider EMEA region. You won't just be booking meetings, you'll be shaping our pipeline, uncovering real business challenges, and positioning our global employment solutions as the answer.
Working closely with our Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships teams, you'll play a key role in building momentum, creating demand, and generating new business opportunities that power our continued growth. 🚀

  • Drive new business growth by proactively prospecting and qualifying leads through outbound channels (calls, emails, social) and following up on inbound interest.
  • Engage and influence Dutch-speaking HR, Finance, and Operations leaders, uncovering their challenges and positioning Safeguard Global's solutions as the answer.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to build targeted account strategies and ensure seamless handover of high-quality opportunities.
  • Fuel the top of the funnel by leveraging marketing campaigns, events, and partner channels to generate demand and pipeline.
  • Own your pipeline data, keeping Salesforce up to date and providing clear visibility into performance and pipeline health.
  • Hit (and exceed) your targets, delivering against monthly KPIs for meetings, opportunities, and revenue contribution.
  • Continuously level up your skills by embracing feedback, coaching, and collaboration to refine your outreach and maximise impact.

What will make you stand out:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or global workforce solutions-bringing a strong understanding of how to generate and qualify opportunities.
  • Fluent Dutch speaker with strong English skills, confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders across regions.
  • A natural communicator, able to build rapport quickly, deliver compelling messages, and engage decision-makers with confidence.
