Job Title: Russian-Speaking Global Partnerships Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a Russian-speaking Global Partnerships Coordinator to support international foundation partners across Europe and Central Asia. This role will serve as a key liaison between a mission-driven organization and its international partners, helping strengthen communication, support partner development, and coordinate global programs and initiatives.
This is a strong opportunity for someone with relationship management, program coordination, translation, and cross-cultural communication experience who enjoys working in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned international foundation partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders through regular meetings, calls, and ongoing communication.
Provide verbal and written Russian translation support during meetings, workshops, training sessions, and strategic discussions.
Support partner assessments and help identify opportunities for growth and development.
Assist with reports, recommendations, and strategic planning materials for leadership.
Coordinate educational programs, coaching initiatives, workshops, and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
Maintain accurate partner information, updates, priorities, and challenges within CRM systems.
Organize logistics for international meetings, travel, workshops, and special events.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support global initiatives and operational processes.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, relationship management, nonprofit operations, international business, or a related field.
Fluent in Russian, both written and verbal.
Ability to provide real-time translation and communication support in professional settings.
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with international stakeholders and cross-cultural teams.
Comfortable interacting with senior leaders and external partners.
Ability to travel internationally on an occasional basis.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with international partners, foundations, or nonprofit organizations.
Exposure to fundraising, marketing, public relations, or organizational development.
Additional language skills.
