What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Temporary Remote Russian Speaking professional, and why are they important?

To excel in a Temporary Remote Russian Speaking role, you need fluency in Russian and English, strong communication skills, and relevant experience in customer service or administrative support. Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and CRM systems is often required. Outstanding organizational skills, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity help you stand out in this position. These competencies ensure effective communication, seamless workflow, and high-quality service delivery in a remote, multilingual environment.

What are some common challenges faced in a temporary remote Russian speaking role, and how can they be managed?

In a temporary remote Russian speaking position, one common challenge is navigating communication across time zones, especially when coordinating with international teams. Additionally, adapting quickly to new software platforms and company processes is essential, as temporary roles often require fast onboarding. Language proficiency is critical, not just for translation but also for understanding cultural nuances in communication. To manage these challenges, it helps to establish clear communication channels, proactively seek clarification when needed, and take advantage of any available training resources.

Job description

Highlights
  • Location: Georgia, Remote (CET)
  • Language: Russian-speaking team; English fluency required (C1)
About Fundraise Up
We're Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.
Our platform is trusted by many of the world's leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer's Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we're recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.
A Truly Global Product
We operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe.
We're building a large and complex product ecosystem that serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a modern checkout experience and customizable widgets (each a standalone SPA), donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and several internal apps.
The Team
We are a distributed team of 160+ product professionals. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.
Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. You'll be joining a team where quality, mentorship, and mutual respect come first.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, discovery, and delivery of Gift Cart so it becomes a scalable, reliable, and revenue-driving giving surface: higher AOV, higher multi-designation rate, and strong adoption-without compromising payment/ledger correctness, risk posture, and operability.
Gift Cart is a Fundraise Up product that lets donors choose multiple causes to support and complete everything in a single checkout. It gives nonprofits a new way to present their programs, increase average gift size, and deepen donor engagement beyond a standard donation form.
Gift Cart is live and growing: used by organizations running programs from humanitarian aid to symbolic animal adoptions. This role spans the full product lifecycle - from strategy and roadmap to engineering-ready execution and launch.
What You'll Do
  • Define the Gift Cart strategy and translate it into a roadmap - with clear priorities and reasoning behind every decision.
  • Communicate with customers and CSMs regularly, and analyze data together with the analytics team - to find growth opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Write specifications that engineers can build from - with detailed requirements and edge cases covered.
  • Take features from idea to launch, working closely with design and engineering at every step.
  • Track product health and growth: conversion, average gift size, error rates - and understand what's driving them.
  • Prepare CSMs and Sales for every launch so they're always in context ahead of time.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned - on priorities, timelines, and changes in plans.
Requirements
  • Experience owning a product area end-to-end - you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Ability to build a strategy and roadmap for 12-24 months - and clearly explain the reasoning behind your decisions.
  • Data-driven: you analyze funnels, understand the numbers, and know where to look for growth opportunities.
  • You write specifications engineers can build from - clear, with edge cases covered and no open questions left.
  • Systems thinker: you see the product as a whole, understand dependencies, and anticipate the impact of decisions.
  • Strong UX sensibility: you know what makes an experience good and can advocate for it with your team.
  • Comfortable working across functions - design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
  • At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work and understand where it adds value and how it can improve the way you operate.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in e-commerce or products with multi-step checkout flows.
  • Experience working with nonprofits, donors, or in the fundraising industry.
  • Experience with payment flows or financial products.
Working Model
  • High ownership and direct collaboration with dedicated Engineering TL, Engineering, Design, Analytics, CSM, and Sales teams.
  • We use AI to accelerate analysis, specs, and communication - with clear assumptions and validation.
Why work with us
  • A strong, collaborative product team that owns what it builds
  • Clear product vision and access to real customer feedback from global nonprofit leaders
  • Flat structure: no politics, just great work with great people
  • Transparent company culture-we share how we're growing, where revenue comes from, and what's next
  • Long-term focus: we offer equity options and value sustained, meaningful contribution
Compensation
  • The compensation range for this role is GEL12,950 - GEL13,500.
  • Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role's requirements and location.
Benefits
  • 31 days off
  • Company subsidized medical insurance
  • 100% paid telemedicine plan
  • Home Office Setup Assistance: the company offers assistance with purchasing furniture (office chair, office desk, monitor) and other items to create a comfortable workspace.
  • English learning courses (50% reimbursement, up to $1,000 annually).
  • Relevant professional education (100% reimbursement, up to $1,500 annually).
  • Gym or swimming pool (50% reimbursement, up to $500 annually).
  • Co-working (up to $250 monthly).
  • Remote working.
