We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Temporary Ecommerce Project Manager to support our fast-moving ecommerce and digital teams. This role will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional workflows, tracking development priorities, and ensuring smooth execution across ecommerce initiatives.
The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, excels at keeping multiple stakeholders aligned, and can proactively drive projects from kickoff through launch.
Requirements
Position Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day ecommerce project workflows across development, creative, marketing, operations, and leadership teams
  • Coordinate project kickoffs, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track
  • Organize and prioritize developer workloads, sprint tasks, and implementation schedules
  • Maintain clear visibility into team priorities, blockers, and dependencies
  • Ensure timely cross-functional handoffs for creative assets, copy, QA, and technical requirements
  • Track project progress and proactively communicate updates, risks, and timeline changes to stakeholders
  • Facilitate status meetings, standups, and project check-ins
  • Create and maintain project documentation, task boards, and reporting within project management tools
  • Partner closely with ecommerce, product, engineering, and marketing teams to support site launches, promotions, campaigns, and ongoing optimizations
  • Help streamline internal workflows and improve operational efficiency across teams
  • Support QA and launch readiness processes as needed

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in ecommerce, digital, or technology environments
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce operations and website development workflows
  • Experience managing developer tasks, timelines, and agile-style project workflows
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar tools.
  • Ability to proactively identify bottlenecks and drive solutions independently
  • Ecommerce platform experience (Shopify preferred) is a plus

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with ecommerce merchandising, digital marketing, or lifecycle campaigns
  • Experience coordinating QA/testing and launch processes
