Job description

THE ROLE

As our Merchandising Assistant, you'll be the person who decides how our products look, feel, and get discovered online — a front-row seat to how e-commerce actually works. You'll touch everything from vendor coordination and product data to site audits and sales analytics.

WHAT YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE

·   Launch new products — set up listings with descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes in our PIM system with precision and accuracy.

·   Dig into data — use Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables) to analyze sales trends and support buying decisions.

·   Audit the site daily — catch errors, inconsistencies, and missing details before customers do.

·   Collaborate — work with buying, marketing, and tech teams to ensure timely, accurate product launches.

·   Maintain data integrity — keep product information clean and up to date across our PIM and ERP systems.

·   Drive improvements — participate in merchandising projects that enhance data quality and operational efficiency.

PIM system proficiency (required)

·   Accurately enter and maintain product data (UPCs, descriptions, attributes, pricing, images) within a PIM system — precision here directly impacts the customer experience.

Other qualities we’re looking for

·   Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Merchandising, or related field (equivalent experience considered)

·   Detail obsessed — nothing slips past you

·   Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude

·   Strong time management and communication skills

·   Analytical mindset with curiosity about retail and e-commerce trends

Bonus points: Experience with Acumatica, e-commerce SEO best practices, or footwear/fashion retail.

PERKS & BENEFITS
