We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to lead the development and day-to-day operation of our online sales channel in Lake Park, Minnesota. Responsibilities:
• Lead the full online retail function, overseeing website activity, product merchandising, order flow, and customer purchase experience.
• Launch and refine the e-commerce site to improve usability, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
• Maintain accurate product listings by updating pricing, descriptions, images, and inventory availability across the online store.
• Coordinate order processing from receipt through shipment, ensuring timely packing, dispatch, and delivery tracking for customers nationwide.
• Establish practical shipping procedures and fulfillment systems that support consistency, accuracy, and future growth.
• Monitor inventory movement between physical store operations and online sales channels to keep stock levels aligned.
• Review website performance and sales data to identify trends, adjust product strategy, and support revenue goals.
• Build and organize backend processes related to inventory control, fulfillment tracking, and scalable e-commerce operations.
• Collaborate with ownership and staff to align online initiatives with broader business objectives and expansion plans.• Experience managing e-commerce operations with hands-on responsibility for online storefront performance and order fulfillment.
