We are seeking a part-time eCommerce Operator to oversee new product ideation, app/software research and implementation, customer service management, and marketing for an 8-figure eCommerce brand. We're a growth marketing agency that has a unique relationship overseeing operations (outside of shipping and production), for a client. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a successful brand/agency as we continue to scale.

We're looking for YOUR expertise to take this growing eCommerce business to new heights. We're looking for someone with experience managing successful Shopify/eCommerce operations. As our eCommerce Operator, you'll: Lead product ideation Streamline logistics operations Oversee the customer service team Identify and explore new marketing initiatives Source and oversee a content creator to create high-performing TikTok 's and Reels Research and implement new apps Manage site improvements We're looking for someone with: Experience managing a successful Shopify eCommerce store (required) Excellent project management and communication skills (required) Strong analytical skills (required) A strategic approach to identifying growth opportunities.
