WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an entry level entertainment marketing coordinator who has a passion for influencer & brand marketing. You love all things culture, discovering new trends; are interested in luxury, beauty, fashion and entertainment brands. You pride yourself on being organized, able to manage your time and prioritize independently. Looking for a strong self-starter and communicator who takes ownership of projects, isn’t afraid to tackle challenges head-on, and proactively finds solutions.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage overarching VIP seeding initiatives, including influencer targeting, product inventories, outreach and tracking.
  • Research, vet, and build influencer and talent lists based on client objectives, brand fit, and cultural relevance
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify emerging talent, influencers, celebrities, and cultural figures relevant to the brand
  • Execute outreach to approved influencer and talent contacts and maintain accurate tracking of outreach and responses
  • Coordinate product shipments and deliveries
  • Monitor organic social media activity for product seeding, including posts, Stories, mentions, tags, and other relevant brand exposure
  • Maintain organized tracking documents and provide regular updates and recaps to the client ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with research, presentations, travel logistics, event logistics, outreach, and other needs as required across different accounts
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty, fashion, entertainment, talent, influencers, social media, and broader pop culture trends
  • Support creative brainstorming and ideation for client programs, events, VIP moments, influencer opportunities, and additional account needs
  • Draft and distribute seeding recap decks and campaign performance summaries (reach, engagement, sentiment) for client-facing reporting
  • Liaise with internal creative, PR, and social teams to ensure influencer/talent activations align with broader campaign messaging and timing
  • Manage budget tracking for gifting, shipping, and influencer/talent fees, flagging discrepancies to account leads
  • May work as a team support for on the ground events

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience, and skill set:

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, talent relations, or entertainment/beauty/fashion marketing
  • Strong research skills with genuine fluency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and pop culture/talent landscape familiarity with influencer platforms or media monitoring tools a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with managing multiple trackers, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong written communication skills for outreach, recaps, and client-facing updates
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities across multiple accounts
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with comfort handling logistics (shipping, travel, event coordination)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
