As the Summer2026- Talent Intern you will provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Manager and Senior Director Human Resources, North America. As a member of the HUGO BOSS Human Resources team, the Talent Intern will also support posting open positions through the applicant tracking system for Corporate & Retail US and Canada, and administrative support with the Retail Employee Life Cycle.

As aSummer2026Intern:

  • You must be able to work on location, up to 37.5hours per week
  • Intern for the full Summer term -June 8, 2026 - August 14, 2026
  • The minimum & maximum rate of pay will be fixed at $17.00 per hour
  • You must be a rising Junior or Senior at a local college/ university and pursuing a bachelor's degree
  • This position is not eligible for relocation

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

  • Support the business by preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/Applicant tracking system/etc.
  • Maintain Open Job Reports
  • Create new hire offer letters and supports with the new hire onboarding process
  • Processing candidate background checks
  • Support with Docusign templates for new hire paperwork
  • Create presentations and other training material
  • Perform various administrative/clerical duties such as setting up interview conference and video calls and keeping track of candidate flow
  • Support with the preparation of documents for HRIS new hire entry (PAFs) and SAP data input when needed
  • Support with talent metrics dashboard
  • Assist with HR projects

Your profile:

  • You must be able to work on location, up to 37.5hours per week
  • Intern for the full spring term
  • You must be a rising Junior or Senior at a local college/ university and pursuing a bachelor's degree
  • This position is not eligible for relocation
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality / discretion in all workplace and HR matters
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees
  • Knowledge of HR employment related laws/practices a plus
  • Ability to learn new technology systems in a short timeframe
