Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead the Autograph Collection - Twelve Midtown Atlanta, one of Atlanta's premier lifestyle destinations. This is not simply an operations role-it's an opportunity to lead a premium Marriott Branded hotel, inspire excellence , immerse the team with Marriott Tools to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction, be the CEO to maximize business and financial goals. Live the Mark that is unique to this Autograph Collection Hotel. Marriott full-service leadership experiences are required for consideration.

Reports To: Regional Vice President

WHAT YOU'LL DO - As General Manager, you will have responsibility for every aspect of hotel performance, including:

Marriott Brand Leadership & Operational Excellence

Champion Marriott's culture of hospitality and Spirit to Serve

Ensure full compliance with Marriott Brand Standards, QA audits, Brand Standards Audits, and operational excellence initiatives

Lead the hotel to drive Brand metrics especially related to ITR and GSS in the green zone.

Be a visible leader able to project and elevate unique the Autograph Collection guest experience though a culture of engagement and accountability.

Financial Leadership

Complete knowledge of daily business costs.

Review of Night Audit reporting

Payroll Accuracy of all invoices both submitted and received

Forecasting Budget development

Labor management

Cost controls

Capital planning

Asset preservation

Sales & Revenue Strategy

Partner closely with your Sales and Revenue teams towards forecasting accuracy, RevPAR and Market Share.

Utilize STR reports, business intelligence, pace reporting, and internal tools to grow revenues and outpace competitors.

People Leadership - Create an environment where accountability, collaboration, and service excellence flourish and associates are motivated to outperform

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Marriott experience is NOT optional.

We are interested in Candidates with these attributes

Prior experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager of a Marriott full-service hotel

Strong Marriott brand knowledge and operational expertise

Experience leading Marriott QA/Brand Standard Audits

8-10+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience

Strong understanding of luxury or upscale full-service operations

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business or related field preferred
