Unison is a telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm funded in partnership with Ardian - the global investment house based in Paris with over $150 billion in assets under management. Unison commenced operations in 2003 and today invests in real estate and infrastructure hosting wireless and renewables tenants in the United States and Europe. The Role
We are looking for a Junior Site Development & Data Research Specialist (m/w/d) to support our expansion across Westphalia and Bavaria. This is a data-driven entry-level role with exposure to site acquisition activities. The primary focus is on data mining, research, and pipeline building, with gradual involvement in property owner outreach and deal support. You will work closely with the Sales and Site Acquisition team to identify, validate, and develop new site opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct data mining and online research to identify potential landowners and sites. Build, manage, and continuously improve a structured pipeline of site opportunities. Validate property, ownership, and geographic data from public and internal sources. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal databases. Support data quality, consistency, and reporting. Assist in early-stage site acquisition activities, including outreach preparation. Support communication with property owners via phone and email. Contribute to lead qualification and pipeline progression. Work alongside Site Acquisition Specialists on active deals. Help track progress against pipeline and acquisition targets. Follow defined processes and quality standards. Contribute to improving research methods, tools, and workflows. Collaborate with international teams across Germany and Europe. Support strategic initiatives related to market expansion.

What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working with data, research, and structured tools. Good communication skills and professional approach. Ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment. German fluency and good working English are required. Preferred experience includes research, administration, telesales, or customer service. Exposure to real estate, telecom, or infrastructure sectors is a plus. Familiarity with GIS, mapping tools, or land registry systems is advantageous. Interest in transitioning into site acquisition or commercial roles over time.

Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Data Mining, Recherche und dem Aufbau einer belastbaren Pipeline, erganzt durch erste Beruhrungspunkte mit der Ansprache von Immobilieneigentumerinnen und -eigentumern sowie der Unterstutzung laufender Projekte. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Sales- und Site-Acquisition-Team zusammen, um neue Standortmoglichkeiten zu identifizieren, zu validieren und weiterzuentwickeln.

Hauptaufgaben
Durchfuhrung von Datenrecherche und Data Mining zur Identifikation potenzieller Grundstucke und Eigentumer. Aufbau, Pflege und kontinuierliche Verbesserung einer strukturierten Pipeline von Standortopportunitaten. Validierung von Eigentumer-, Standort- und Geodaten aus offentlichen und internen Quellen. Pflege und Aktualisierung von CRM-Systemen und internen Datenbanken mit hoher Datenqualitat. Unterstutzung bei Reporting und Datenkonsistenz. Mitarbeit bei ersten Site-Acquisition-Aktivitaten, einschlielich Vorbereitung von Kontaktaufnahmen. Unterstutzung der Kommunikation mit Eigentumern per Telefon und E-Mail. Beitrag zur Qualifizierung von Leads und Weiterentwicklung der Pipeline. Zusammenarbeit mit Site Acquisition Specialists bei aktiven Projekten. Nachverfolgung von Fortschritt und Zielerreichung. Anforderungen
Sehr hohe Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit im Umgang mit Daten. Interesse an Recherche, strukturiertem Arbeiten und digitalen Tools. Gute Kommunikationsfahigkeiten und professionelles Auftreten. Fahigkeit, Aufgaben eigenstandig zu organisieren und in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu priorisieren. Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt. Erste Erfahrungen in Bereichen wie Recherche, Administration, Telesales oder Kundenservice sind von Vorteil. Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Immobilien, Telekommunikation oder Infrastruktur sind ein Plus. Erfahrung mit GIS-, Mapping-Tools oder Grundbuchsystemen ist wunschenswert.
