Senior Project Director - Quantitative Research

Lieberman Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Director to join our growing Quantitative Research Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced market research professional who enjoys managing complex studies, delivering actionable insights, and partnering with clients to solve critical business challenges.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our custom research experts to lead multiple quantitative research projects from start through finish. The ideal candidate is analytically driven, highly organized, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


What You'll Do

As a Senior Project Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of quantitative market research studies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple national and international quantitative research projects simultaneously
  • Design and write research questionnaires
  • Oversee project fieldwork and ensure successful execution
  • Supervise data processing, validation, and analysis
  • Review, proof, and post data for topline reports and final deliverables
  • Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations that translate findings into actionable business recommendations
  • Support proposal development and contribute to new business initiatives
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and proactively resolving issues
  • Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout all phases of the research process


What You'll Bring

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business, Industrial Psychology, or a related field

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4-7 years of market research experience, preferably within a custom research environment
  • Experience conducting research within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits

Salary

$70,000 - $100,000 annually, plus bonus
