What are remote contracts?

Remote contracts refer to legally binding agreements for work that is performed outside of a traditional office setting, usually from home or another remote location. These contracts outline the terms, responsibilities, deliverables, and compensation for remote employees or freelancers. They are commonly used by companies that hire talent from different geographic locations and want to set clear expectations for remote work arrangements. Remote contracts help ensure both parties understand their obligations and protect their rights while working remotely.
