About the Role:Join our Partnerships team as the primary architect of strategic relationships that drive mutual business success. You'll build, manage, and grow partnerships while ensuring seamless operations for school districts and families navigating open education. This role combines relationship management with operational excellence, requiring you to balance partner needs with student success outcomes.


Your Immediate Impact:

  • Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, fostering long-term relationships and identifying growth opportunities
  • Student Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate student records (enrollment, attendance, grades) while ensuring full compliance with state/federal regulations including FERPA
  • Enrollment Operations: Coordinate seamless student enrollment and registration processes, including new enrollments, transfers, and withdrawals
  • Data Management & Reporting: Generate weekly, monthly, and yearly reports for internal and external needs while preparing documentation for state and district audits


Success Metrics:

  • Partner NPS Score (pNPS) of 80 or better (measured quarterly)
  • Timely and accurate completion of enrollment processes and student record updates
  • 100% Minimum VIable Compliance with state and federal educational regulations and audit requirements
  • Successful resolution or escalation of partner conflicts and policy alignment issues
  • Quality and timeliness of reporting deliverables
  • Data integrity scores and audit results
