Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through various channels, including networking and cold calling.
  • Sell a variety of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance
  • Advise and Educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals.
  • Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
  • Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
  • Process premium payments, policy changes, and updates.
  • Achieve or surpass sales expectations and objectives established by management.

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty License Required. Willing to train.
  • Insurance Sales experience is a Bonus! Willing to train.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Prior experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of Agency Management Systems
  • Experience using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
  • Demonstrates the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
