A financial institution located in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support complex system enhancements, requirements gathering, and cross‑functional solution delivery. This role will work across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring business needs are translated into clear technical requirements and aligned with strategic priorities. The ideal candidate brings deep experience with SDLC, process improvement, enterprise systems, and cross‑team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute significantly to solution and design discussions, ensuring business requirements and user experience needs are fully supported.

  2. Capture and document requirements for highly complex systems and multi‑system environments across diverse stakeholder groups.
