This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing delivery of SitusAMC's enterprise process automation strategy. The position manages the processes involved in process automation and may manage staff. They oversee the approach and technology to capture, maintain, and disperse critical information and insights to the organization and clients. Working closely with business leaders, vendors and client service managers, the position manages processes to obtain business requirements, define solutions, and prioritize development and testing to ensure a quality product. This role will have robust and demonstratable experience managing projects within a global Information Technology-based RPA and/or BPM platform, preferably in the residential or commercial real estate industry. This role may build, mentor, and manage an agile team of process automation managers and developers to capture/maintain data within operational systems, data lakes, and data warehouses, expanding the availability of data and information throughout the organization. They will partner closely with other Data, Reporting, and Analytics teams to ensure efficient, accurate and expedient movement and presentation of information and files. They must have an eye for perfection to properly solve the process improvement projects designed to increase operating efficiency.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Define and design efficient automated solutions or interfaces and workflows to meet business requirements.

  • Partner with business and technology team members to expand the process automation platform.

  • Manage the software development lifecycle of the process automation platform.

  • Responsible for the design and implementation of workflows based on best practices.

  • Act as first line of support to troubleshoot issues and identify the root cause.

  • Engage with system users and developers to identify system enhancements and/or new applications to meet business needs and formulate recommendations to improve and support business activities.

  • Create quality BRDs and project documentation to clearly identify business needs and expectations and use cases for thorough testing.

  • Adhere to big picture view of how various connected system designs should be consolidated or affected.

  • Advocate the usage of data and automation across the organization, including demonstrating capabilities, collaborating with other technology teams, and consulting with business leaders.

  • Implement process automation best practices.

  • May manage staff expectations, performance, and engagement.

  • Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent.

  • 5+ years of work experience preferred, with 1+ years in a mentorship role.

  • Expertise in K2 process automation software preferred.

  • 2+ years of residential or commercial real estate required.

  • Agile methodology within a large company is very desirable including end to end project delivery.

  • Resourceful with strong and demonstrable problem solving/analytic skills.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize assignments.

  • Able to work independently to resolve discrepancies, defects, incidents, or problems with an understanding of the business and system impacts.

  • Experience with software development life cycle methodologies.

  • Ability to translate business requirements to technical resources in supporting the project.

  • Experience with large-scale project implementations that cross multiple departments using project management techniques.

  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with management and other levels within the organization.

  • Ability to meet deadlines while achieving high levels of accuracy.

  • Ability to gather and compile information and prepare reports.

  • Highly Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Must be customer-driven, can work within a team environment, and be focused on providing high quality customer service.

  • Strong commitment and dedication to the position and a team player.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$85,000.00 - $135,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
