Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team. Ansible Government Solutions supports federal clients across the country with temporary and long-term staffing in the areas of healthcare, national security, and research. This role will be central in coordinating efforts across various departments while serving as the primary point of contact for both customer and employee relations. The Healthcare Operations Manager will work closely with Finance, HR, and Recruitment to drive the success of our projects. Travel can be expected approximately 25% of the time for client meetings, site visits, and cross-departmental collaboration. It can be expected that the eventual book of business under the Healthcare Operations Manager will include 100-300+ full time equivalents of temporary staff assigned across multiple projects.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring effective communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Ensure our contracts are fully staffed and that the quality of candidates meets the terms and conditions of our contract, and the expectations of our clients.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Recruitment to streamline processes and enhance program success.
  • Manage employee relations within the program, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and address challenges proactively.
  • Analyze program performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (Federal, State, & Local), the terms and conditions of our contract with the Government, and company policies.
  • Provide strategic input to the CEO for effective project delivery.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time to client sites and other locations to support project needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in government contracting or federal healthcare staffing.
  • Shall have at least 2-3 years of related experience.
  • Strong understanding of government onboarding processes, security, credentialing, terminology, and compliance requirements.
  • Must be able to pass a government background check and meet eligibility requirements for security clearances.
    • Important: Ansible has a Facility Clearance. So you must be able to pass security and drug screenings.
  • Knowledge of contract management principles and experience negotiating agreements.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred: Experience with government regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements.

All candidates must be able to:
  • Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
  • Lift up to 20 lbs
  • Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
  • Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
