This role involves delivering high-quality telehealth therapy to our clients, primarily adolescents and young adults, navigating the challenges of mental health in today’s society. You will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States as a full-time clinician with a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, facilitating group and individual counseling.
  • Maintain a schedule of therapy sessions, ensuring consistency and reliability in client appointments.
  • Participate in regular case discussions with fellow clinicians to enhance your practice and share insights on complex cases.
  • Utilize cloud-based communication tools and electronic health records systems to document client interactions and progress.
  • Engage in continued professional development by accessing free online Continuing Education Units (CEUs) provided by the organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults, who often face a unique set of challenges related to mental health and substance use. The focus is on building strong relationships through a maximum of eight clients in group therapy settings. This fosters in-depth work and sustainable healing, ensuring clients feel valued and understood throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • Valid and independent clinical license such as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT for licensed practitioners, with supervision available for junior-licensed individuals.
  • Availability to commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week, with the potential for full-time involvement based on the type of position (contract vs. W2).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based communication tools is highly preferred, as well as a willingness to utilize technology in clinical practice.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with adolescents and young adults, particularly in a virtual setting, is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities that suit diverse populations.
