Relocation Today is hiring for a Relocation Services Coordinator at its Minnetonka, Minnesota office. This position 40 hours per week. The coordinator supports Account Managers and internal teams while team members are out of office. Administrative Coordinators manage a diverse range of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail, prompt follow-up, and consistent performance under deadlines. This is a customer service and client facing role.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Secondary education is preferred; candidates without a college degree must have additional relevant experience (internships included)
  • Three years of business or customer service experience preferred

Required Skills
