Your day to day as a Area Manager
As a new Area Manager at Clean Team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple facilities, ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting site visits, coordinating with cleaning teams, and addressing any operational challenges. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure that our services exceed their expectations. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 4 PM until completion of your daily tasks, which may extend to assist with peak demands. You can expect to actively manage workflow and respond to real-time issues, fostering an environment of collaboration and high performance.
Additionally, you will implement safety protocols and train team members on best practices while encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.
